1. How fast can you deploy a guard?
We request up to two weeks to select, prepare, and train the right guard for your site. This allows us to match the guard’s skills and attitude with your specific environment.
2. Can I request an armed guard, unarmed guard, or roving guard?
Yes. All posts are assigned an armed guard by default unless the client requests an unarmed post. Roving duties can also be included, and these are performed multiple times per shift according to post requirements.
3. What documents do your guards carry to prove they are legitimate?
Guards carry the following at all times:
• LESP ID
• Duty Detail Order
• Agency or Company ID
• Juridical Firearms Registration for the issued firearm
• Certified copy of the Agency LTO
• Juridical LTOPF (mandatory for any armed deployment)
These documents may be inspected anytime by clients or authorities.
4. Are your guards trained for emergencies such as fire, theft, medical issues, or earthquakes?
Yes. They undergo training on emergency procedures, evacuation protocols, basic incident handling, and coordination with responders. Their role includes securing exits, calming the area, and protecting people during critical moments.
5. What happens during the first day of deployment?
An operations head together with an inspector accompanies the guard on the first day. They orient the guard on duties, observe the layout of the site, and ensure the guard understands expectations before standing post independently.
6. How often do you inspect the guards on post?
Inspections are conducted twice daily. One visit is performed in the morning and another at night to maintain discipline and performance consistency.
7. Can I request a replacement guard?
Yes. You may request a replacement anytime. We ask for up to one week to identify and prepare a suitable replacement.
8. How do you handle complaints or concerns?
We have 24-hour hotlines available through mobile and landline. All concerns are acted on immediately by our operations team.
9. Can you provide night shift or 24-hour coverage?
Yes. We can provide round the clock security coverage based on your operational needs.
10. What are your contract terms?
Contracts are flexible, typically for at least one year. Once billing is received, we request payment within seven days.
11. Do you provide equipment and security paraphernalia?
Yes. Guards are issued complete standard equipment required for their duty posts.
12. Can guards perform customer service tasks such as greeting visitors or assisting tenants?
Yes. Guards are trained to be courteous, respectful, and attentive to visitors in accordance with the Guard Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics.
13. How do you prevent guards from becoming complacent?
We perform guard realignments every quarter to avoid overfamiliarity with the site. This keeps guards alert and focused. Penalties are strictly enforced for disciplinary violations.
14. How do relievers know what to do when they take over the post?
Relievers undergo on the job training at the site before they are listed as relievers. This ensures they know the layout, duties, and procedures before they are needed.
15. What areas do you serve?
RSSI currently provides security services within the National Capital Region.
16. How do you protect client privacy?
All personnel are trained to maintain strict confidentiality. Client information, routines, and internal details are never disclosed outside operations or to unauthorized individuals.
17. Do guards wear complete and proper uniforms?
Yes. Inspectors check them regularly to ensure guards are neat, presentable, and wearing complete uniform.
18. Can you assign female guards?
Yes. We can assign female guards depending on availability and the needs of your site.
19. How do you evaluate a site before deployment?
We conduct a complete site survey to understand access points, foot traffic, vulnerabilities, and operational needs. Our recommendations are based on this assessment.
20. How do you ensure that firearms deployed at sites are legal?
All agency firearms are documented under the agency’s Juridical LTOPF and have complete Juridical Firearms Registration issued by the PNP Firearms and Explosives Office. Each firearm assigned to a guard is listed in the Duty Detail Order and is fully compliant with SOSIA requirements.
21. Do you offer short term or temporary guard services?
Yes. We accept short term postings and can provide marshalling and event security services such as for concerts and special gatherings.
22. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, and checks.
23. What happens if a guard is absent or running late?
We have standby relievers ready for deployment at any time. They can be dispatched as soon as possible to maintain full site coverage.
24. Are guard benefits complete?
Yes. All benefits and government-mandated remittances are provided. Proof of remittances can be shown to clients upon request.
25. Do guards receive their salaries on time?
Yes. We ensure guards are paid promptly to maintain morale, professionalism, and site performance.
26. How are guards screened before hiring?
Guards undergo a complete screening process including interviews, document verification, background checks, medical and neuro examinations, and full 201 file evaluation.
27. How do you ensure guards stay in good condition?
Aside from frequent inspections, guards are required to report to the base of operations at least twice a month for briefings, evaluations, and updates.
