How to Apply as a Security Guard in RSSI: A Simple Step by Step Guide

If you want to join RSSI, here is what you need to do:

First, schedule an interview.

You can walk in at our office or you can call us to set a schedule. You do not need to be shy. Just tell us that you want to apply as a guard.

Second, prepare your documents.

Bring your requirements. These may include your IDs, certificates, and papers needed for a guard. You do not need to wear a guard uniform. You can come in civilian clothes. What is important is that your documents are ready.

Third, attend the interview.

Come on time. We will talk to you. We will ask questions about your past work, training, and skills. After the interview, please wait. We will check your papers and study your application. This is your assessment.

Fourth, do the three day OJT.

If you pass the interview and assessment, you will start your on the job training. This is for three days. During OJT, we will watch how you work, how you talk to people, how you follow orders, and how you behave. We want to see if you are ready for duty.

Fifth, wait for your posting.

After your OJT, we will tell you the result. If you pass, we will find a post for you. While waiting for your post, you may stay in the RSSI base. There, we will give you tasks, instructions, and briefings. This helps you stay ready at all times.

Working as a guard is serious. You protect people, property, and places. At RSSI, we choose guards who are respectful, responsible, and ready to work. If you follow these steps and do your best, you have a good chance of joining our team.
